Connecting with your teacher on Skype (On any device)

After your lessons have been scheduled through our calendar system, the calendar confirmation email should give you all of your teacher’s details including mobile number, email address, your teacher’s ID, and name on Skype. For the teacher to ring you for the lessons you will need to be logged in to skype and well need the following details from you in advance:

  1. Skype email address or phone number (depending on which one you have set up your account with).
  2. Your Skype ID – you will find this in your Skype settings. The ID should be a long mixture of letters and numbers which have the word ‘live’ right in front – it might look something like this: ‘live:.cid.915533f822cd0fcc’

The teacher will then proceed to ring you through Skype when it’s time for the class. If you encounter any problems, please let your teacher know about it by contacting them on their mobile as soon as possible.
