After just a few months taking German lessons with Selina, one of Adriana’s teachers, I feel like I’ve made quite a lot of progress, particularly when it comes to speaking. The lessons are tailored to my needs and interests and very well-planned. I was a bit hesitant at first, as I have always had a hard time holding a conversation in German, but Selina has made the whole process very enjoyable and smooth from day one. In fact, the lessons have been so helpful and fun that every week I look forward to the next one. I heartily recommend Learn with Adriana. Thank you both for doing such a great job!

I absolutely love Learning German with Learn with Adriana. I never thought that learning a language could feel so effortless. I have spent many years in formal education, passing qualification after qualification, but the only thing I was never able to do with those was to really speak German. Thanks to the method they use at Learn with Adriana and my weekly conversation lessons with one of their teachers, a year has gone by and I can now speak German. I look forward to my Spanish class with Adriana every week! She is incredibly good at explaining things simply, she is very patient and we share a lot of laughs in class. I find myself shocked each time I notice that I understand more and more Spanish as time goes on. Learning German with one of Learn with Adriana’s native teachers, Selina, was such a fun experience. I needed a short course for a few months before I moved to Austria to start a new job. We started meeting in coffee shops and improving my conversation skills with all kinds of different activities which were focused on improving the conversational side of the language. We did some theory in just the areas which she thought needed more work. I absolutely loved the technique to just focus on the areas I needed and not overload with too much theory. I improved so much in just a few months that I bought another package to do lessons online once I had moved to Austria. Thank you, Selina, and thanks Adriana for setting up these wonderful lessons for me.

I’ve been learning French with one of Learn with Adriana’s teachers, Nina, for a couple months now, I originally tried it out because I knew that there are actual lessons that you can’t really learn just from online/on an app. First few weeks I was pretty embarrassed as I’d not spoken French in about 15 years but Nina was incredibly patient, we worked through stuff and went at a challenging yet doable pace. She’s very good at what she does and has a legitimate interest in linguistics and languages. I’m currently typing this on a train to Paris and I can safely say that, without Nina, I would not feel confident visiting France and speaking the language in the slightest. As for Adriana, she’s always on hand if you want to discuss what package you’re choosing or if you need to change days. Booking packages on the website is flawless and really easy to do. Great company, great teacher, real lessons!

I have been learning English with Adriana for over a year now and everyone around me has noticed the difference. On our trips to England native English people notice the progress and I am very happy that I can communicate with them more and more every time.
The service from Adriana is nothing but excellent and scheduling and paying for lessons is extremely easy along with the fun courses and packages she offers. In little more than two months I’ve improved my spoken English a lot and I’ve been able to get the B2 qualification I needed. Adriana takes a very practical approach to teaching Spanish by incorporating the interests of the student into her lessons and readily adapting the content to suit the level of the student. Adriana is a great Spanish teacher. I’ve been taking Spanish classes at a college, but I needed to improve my spoken Spanish and my confidence. Adriana is boosting that confidence and is encouraging, patient and kind. I look forward to our weekly Skype lessons.

I have been learning Spanish with Adriana for over a year and in doing so it has opened so many doors for me. I began taking group lessons with her and then after two months I decided to take the full plunge and have three private lessons a week. I just love the way that Adriana approaches teaching languages as she encompasses all aspects of communication in her method. Unlike in other courses (which I found to be very exam orientated), Adriana’s method encourages you to read, write, listen to the radio, watch TV and speak with her, all in Spanish. This makes learning so much more fun and accessible, and has dramatically increased my confidence in using the language. Because of Adriana I am now au pairing in Spain and using the language skills gained through her programme. I would like to say a massive thank you to Learn with Adriana, and if you are looking to gain a new skill and learn a language then this is definitely the business to go with – it’s life changing!

I have been studying Spanish with Adriana since July 2017. I am well into my sixties, and had tried to learn a language previously on my own, without success. Adriana has changed that. She is very patient and encouraging, essential qualities, as I am a slow learner. She has shaped the lessons, and yet allowed me freedom to follow my path. She is a warm person, and lessons are enjoyable. Learning a second language takes time and personal effort, but I wholeheartedly recommend Adriana to anyone who would like to speak some, or more, Spanish.

I am 43 years of age and it has been a lifetime ambition of mine to learn Spanish. Having finally made the time, learning with Adriana has not only been fun, but extremely rewarding. I am only 7 months into my journey, and learning at my own pace is really important with an action packed working life. I am fully supported, encouraged and made to feel comfortable as well as valued at all times by Adriana’s teaching. Learning a new language from the very beginning is hard, especially as you get older, but I am so proud of myself so far, and I’m determined to make Spanish a second language that I can hold regular day to day conversations in. I cannot tell you how rewarding it is, even though I have a long way to go. Continuing to learn with Adriana is really important to me, and although I know I have lots to learn I would recommend it to anyone.
